Ad Hominem 101: A Lesson in Pro-Islamic Propaganda

The article's title reads, “Dutch MP thrives on Islamophobic controversy… Geert Wilders cannot get by without attracting media attention through insulting Islam.”  The clear message of these words being that Mr. Wilders has no motive to oppose Muslim migration or disagree with the Islamic religion except personal attention mongering, and that he does so by appealing to the “Islamophobic” portion of the Dutch population. The photo of Mr. Wilders with the top of a pen in his nostril is used to further the image of him being a mentally unbalanced clown.

Strikingly, while declaring Mr. Wilders an “Islamophobe” (the definition of the term essentially meaning that anyone who disagrees with Islam is a “phobic” with a mental condition rather than someone with legitimate disagreements), the article mentions that he lives in hiding with bodyguards fearing for his life while his country prepares for terrorist violence pending the release of the upcoming movie. We are not told why Mr. Wilders would need to fear his life, nor why would the Netherlands worry about violence over a movie. (Nor does this article condemn those who have caused him such fear.) The answer to these is simple: Islam. The very religion we are told that is so benign that anyone who dislikes it suffers from a phobia is the reason why Mr. Wilders’ life is in danger and why European governments fear violence over the release of a movie, of all things. Muslims have a longstanding history of demanding territorial admittance and tolerance from European countries, and absolutely no willingness to tolerate western values whatsoever; especially free expression with regard to whatever offends Muslims. This cannot be denied. After all, Theo Van Gogh was butchered on a city street in Amsterdam because of the Islamic hatred of dissenting expression, and there are many other examples of Islamic censorship and cultural imperialism from their attacks of the display of the crucifix in Italian schools to honor killings in England and France, to polygamy and child-marriage in Germany.  The summarized message of this London-based Middle East Online article is this: Yes, Islam is violent. No, Muslims don’t like European culture and will not change their culture or religion to be compatible with living in Europe, or anywhere else. You (Europeans) will change your press, laws, culture and institutions to accommodate Islam. This includes censoring your citizens from publishing things we do not like. If you do not, expect tensions and violence. By the way, anyone who doesn’t like this is an Islamophobic rabble rouser like Geert Wilders. This message is one big middle finger in the face of the European people.

Muslims migrated to western countries, as we must not forget, because of personal financial gain rather than any admiration or respect for our way of life, our laws or our traditions. As the Islamic population of Europe increases, explosive incidents like these will only increase in number, as will massacres by bombings or other means. Muslims have no intention of assimilating into European culture in any way, shape, or form. Wherever Muslims have gone in numbers, they have always moved to alter local cultures and legal systems into compliance with Islamic law. This is an essential aspect of Islam. If you thought that religious authorities controlling expression and publication in Europe are over, think again. The Church censor has been replaced with the Imam. If Europe wishes to remain culturally and ethnically distinct rather than continue the slow turn into just another assimilated Islamic outpost as demographics and politics tip to the Muslim advantage, then it must make some politically incorrect decisions and have the willingness to follow through, regardless of the outcry of social liberals, business interests, and angry migrants.  Since are told that “diversity is our strength,” Europeans should remember this as they face their own ethnocultural extinction. Multiculturalism is a failure, wake up and smell the burning flesh.
